Sweet Potato Chips
Time:- 30 mins Servings: Depends on potato size Source from:


Sweet Potatoes
Garlic salt
Olive oil
Chilli powder


1. Chop the potatoes into desired sized chips.

2. Use a brush to lightly coat each chip with olive oil.

3. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

4. Place on a rack on the hot plate of the barbeque. Turn as desired. When nearly ready sprinkle with the chilli powder. Keep warm on upper rack if necessary.
